Step 1: Access the Main Dashboard
To create a project, you should log in the BuilderComs platform and access the main dashboard.
Upon logging in, you will see the main dashboard, where you can create a new project.
Step 2: Create a New Project
BuilderComs, everything is intuitive, so it works just like everything you’ve ever utilized before
Click on "Create a Project" to start adding a new project, add a name to it,
example: Project 01
Enter the customer's information or select an existing customer.
Fill in the project name, description, install date, and estimated completion date.
Step 3: Add Crew Members and Foreman
Now, you can assign crew members and the foreman to the project.
Add crew members’ names and a foreman to give them access to the project.
Step 4: Upload Supporting Documents and Pictures
This is where you can include any necessary supporting documents and pictures for the project.
Upload any relevant documents or images that are associated with the project.
Step 5: Complete the Process
After adding the crew, the necessary documents, pictures, and others, you can now finalize the project creation process.
Click on "Create Project" to officially create the new project. It will show up under your projects.
Adding a new project in BuilderComs is straightforward and can help you efficiently manage your projects and provide a seamless customer experience. Just access the main dashboard, create and name your new project there, add the crew member and all the supporting documents, click Create Project, and you’re on your way to another successful project!
