In this installation guide, we'll walk you through setting up BuilderComs so you can start reaping the benefits immediately.


Installation Process:

If you are a Contractor:

Step 1: Access the BuilderComs website and choose a subscription plan

Step 2: After you have set up your BuilderComs subscription, set up your account.

Step 3. Once your account is set-up, you can now edit and customize your company profile

If you are a Client:

Step 1: You will receive an email invite to access BuilderComs and track project progress.

Step 2: Once received, create an account with your email address and password within our web-based app. Step 3: When you create your sign in to access the features, you can access Buildercoms through our web-based app or our mobile app from the App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android.


Troubleshooting:

If you are a Contractor:


Issue 1: If you encounter a login error, try resetting your password or contacting customer support.

Issue 2: If you encounter any errors during project creation, try refreshing the page and ensuring all required fields are filled out correctly.

Issue 3: If you have trouble adding crew members or other details, check out our FAQ’s or contact our customer support team for assistance.


If you are a Client:

  • Issue 1: If you encounter any difficulty during installation, try restarting your device and reinstalling the software. This often resolves common issues. 

  • Issue 2: If you encounter a login error, double-check your account credentials and try again. If the issue persists, contact our customer support team for assistance.

  • Issue 3: In case of connectivity issues, ensure that your internet connection is stable and try restarting your device. If the problem continues, verify that your firewall settings are not blocking access to BuilderComs.

  • Issue 4: If you are still experiencing problems, reach out to our support team for assistance. We are here to help you get up and running smoothly.
